Grove Bible Chapel Appoints Matt Friend and Kyle Huber as New Pastoral Leadership

The Grove Bible Chapel in Valrico recently announced its new pastoral team, bringing experienced leadership to the local faith community. Matt Friend now serves as Lead Pastor, and Kyle Huber joins as Associate Pastor.

Pastor Matt Friend brings over two decades of experience in vocational ministry. He focuses on communicating God’s Word, developing leaders, and helping individuals connect with Jesus. Friend earned his B.A. in Biblical Studies from the Baptist College of Florida and an M.Div. from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Brandi, have been married for 22 years and have two children, Emma and Levi.

Associate Pastor Kyle Huber has served in vocational ministry since 2013. He has a passion for fostering spiritual growth among congregants. Huber received a Masters of Arts in Theological Studies degree from Liberty University’s School of Divinity. He and his wife, Megan, have four children: Gavin, Griffin, Graham, and Georgia.

The new leadership team aims to engage with the Valrico community through their ministry at The Grove Bible Chapel.
