Upper Marlboro RFP: Janitorial Services for Municipal Buildings

The Town of Upper Marlboro is accepting proposals from cleaning companies to service Town Hall, the Public Works Office Building, and the Police Department Office Building.

Town Hall (14211 School Lane) spans 3,200 square feet and requires cleaning twice weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays. The Public Works building at 5335 Judges Drive covers 900 square feet, and the Police Department facility at 6409 Crain Highway covers 3,769 square feet. Both require cleaning between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays.

The town has not announced a proposal deadline. Town officials will select the contractor.
