Delanson (Schenectady County): Michele E. Wood 67, of Albert Road, Delanson, NY, passed away Sunday, March 22nd 2026 at the Greene Meadows Nursing and Rehab in Catskill, NY.Michele was born October 31, 1958 in Syracuse, NY, daughter of Paul M. and Eloise B. (Hazard) Wood and graduated from Shenendehowa High School, Hudson Valley Community College, and SUNY College of Technology at Utica/Rome where she received her bachelor’s degree in health information management.She worked at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady as a Data Quality Technician until her retirement in 2010. Michele was a caring person to those less fortunate and in need of assistance; she was caregiver to her husband Art, friends Everett and Arthur, and many disabled residents of the ARC in Schoharie.She married Arthur J. Rowley, Jr. on October 16, 1987; he predeceased her on March 31, 2008. Survivors include: her sister, Susan G. (Raymond) Kopacko of West Brookfield, MA, 8 nieces and nephews; Christopher, Patrick, Laurel, Lily, Matthew, James, Emma, and Anneliese, and 2 grandnieces, Evelyn and Marigold. Besides her husband and parents, Michele was predeceased by her close friends, Everett Leonard and Arthur Conroy, Jr.A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 22nd at the Cobleskill Rural Cemetery, Turk Plot, at 11AM.The Robert A.
