Gerald 'Jay' Harrington Jr., Titusville Business Owner, Dies at 66

Titusville resident Gerald "Jay" Lee Harrington Jr. died Aug. 27, 2026, a day after his 66th birthday.

Harrington, born in St. Louis, Missouri, moved to Brevard County 38 years ago with his wife, Tammy. He owned and operated his own trucking company.

He enjoyed fishing, golfing, hunting, target shooting, riding his side-by-side and mudding. Harrington also played the guitar, a hobby he shared with his wife.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Tammy Harrington; daughters Brandy Behrens, Melissa Harrington and Shae Harrington; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
