William 'Billy' Beach, Titusville Engineer and Outdoorsman, Dies at 67

Titusville lost a long-time resident and community member with the passing of William David “Billy” Beach on September 6, 2026. He was 67 years old.

Beach was born in Titusville on July 31, 1959, and remained deeply connected to the community throughout his life. He dedicated his professional career to the aerospace industry, working as a mechanical engineer.

Beyond his work, Beach was an avid outdoorsman. He found enjoyment in boating, fishing, and water skiing, embracing the natural beauty of the region.

He is survived by his children, Sabrina Shao and Jonathan Beach, and his granddaughter, Penelope Shao. He also leaves behind his mother, Joyce Beach, and his long-time partner, Jill Zimmerman. He was preceded in death by his father, William Frederick Beach.
