Residents in Thomasville should immediately finalize preparations for hazardous wind, potential moderate flooding, and the possibility of several tornadoes. The NWS forecasts peak winds of 10-15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph, but warns of a potential for winds between 39 to 57 mph. Heed all flood watches and warnings.

Furthermore, the situation is favorable for tornadoes, with a potential for several, some possibly intense.
