The National Weather Service (NWS) in Grand Forks, ND, has issued a Freeze Warning effective from midnight tonight, October 1, until 9:00 AM CDT on Friday, October 2.
Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 31 degrees Fahrenheit are expected. These conditions could harm or kill crops, other sensitive vegetation, and potentially damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
