Local Business Tax Receipts

Local Business Tax Receipts Business Owners 2027 Local Business Tax Receipt Effective 10/1/2026 – 9/30/2027 As of 2025, Local Business Tax Receipts received an upgrade. All businesses had to apply as a “New” business within the Civic Review Portal. This was a long process, and we truly appreciate all the patience granted during our system conversion. Renewal time is upon us! All 2027 renewals are due before September 30, 2026, to avoid any late penalties. As of August 1st, 2026, renewals will be open and available for processing 2027 BTRs. All businesses that completed the application process previously will receive an emailed renewal notice with a renewal buttonto start the renewal process. This is the fastest and easiest option. You can also lookup your portal by clicking on the “Renew” button below and keying in your Reference # and PIN that was provided to you in your confirmation email from 2026 BTR. For assistance with the renewal form, click here Version OptionsLocal Business Tax ReceiptsHeadline for step-by-step directions. Please note: If your business moved to a different location within Temple Terrace, you need to decline to renew and complete a new application for the new location. New Businesses How to apply? Click the “Apply” button below to access the application. You will fill out all the sections and upload the requested documents. Please use an email that is monitored for “contact email” under the Business Information. This is how you will receive your Business Tax Receipt and notifications going forward. Once you have reviewed your entries and electronically signed, you can submit the application. You will always be able to access your portal to see the status of your application. Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to make your payment. Once payment is received, you will be able to download and print your Local Business Tax Receipt.
