Temple Terrace water bills rise 15% for infrastructure upgrades
Temple Terrace residents face a 15% increase in water bills beginning Oct. 1 as the city launches a multi-year, multi-million-dollar infrastructure upgrade. The rate hike is necessary to fund improvements to the city's water and sewer systems, including a new carbon filtration system.
