Tampa Public Nuisance Board Hears Cases Sept. 23

The City of Tampa's Public Nuisance Abatement Board will hold a public hearing at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2026. The meeting is scheduled for the City Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of City Hall, 315 E. Kennedy Blvd., Tampa, FL 33602.

The board will address a complaint for the abatement of nuisance. Properties on the agenda include 913 E. 26th Ave., 2518 N. Albany Ave. and the EL Rancho Motel at 7100 N. Nebraska Ave. These locations fall within Tampa's 33605 and 33607 zip codes.

Residents and interested parties may attend the hearing. The Public Nuisance Abatement Board addresses and resolves nuisance complaints within the city.
