Lake County Sheriff Posts In-Custody Death Reports Online
The Lake County Sheriff's Office will publish details of any deaths occurring in its custody under Assembly Bill 2761 and Penal Code 10008. The department must post reports within 10 days of an in-custody death.
The Sheriff's Office will release the information through its official channels.
