Spring Hill residents with outstanding traffic tickets, criminal fines, or other court-related debts sent to collections may soon receive notifications via text message or email. The Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller’s Office has contracted with three agencies to manage these debts, affecting residents across the county.
The contracted agencies are Linebarger, Goggan, Blair & Sampson, LLP; Perdue, Brandon, Fielder, Collins & Mott, LLP; and Penn Credit Corporation. These firms may contact individuals through mail, phone, text message, or email about overdue court fees, fines, or costs.
Residents should verify the legitimacy of any communication before providing personal information or using unfamiliar payment links. The Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller’s Office offers a dedicated Collections page on its website with contact information for the contracted agencies and details on payment options.
Payments can be made directly to the assigned collection agency or through the Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller’s Office. Additional information on payment methods is available on the Clerk & Comptroller’s website under the Payment Options section.
