Lakeview Man Pleads Guilty to Child Pornography Charge

Bernard J. Keller, 28, of Lakeview, New York, pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography on September 25, 2026. U.S. District Judge John L. Sinatra, Jr. accepted the plea.

The U.S. Attorney's office announced Keller faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in prison, with a maximum of 20 years and a $250,000 fine.

Keller’s prior conviction in New York also involved possession of child pornography, indicating a pattern of behavior.

U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced the plea, which was adjudicated in the U.S. District Court.
