Seminole diners will soon have a new destination for contemporary Italian cuisine with the upcoming opening of Roma Social in Trinity. The restaurant, owned by Pineapple Hospitality, plans to open its doors later this fall. Roma Social aims to offer a fresh take on classic Italian dishes, emphasizing scratch-made ingredients and innovative twists. The menu will feature a curated wine list and handcrafted cocktails.
Sneak peeks on the restaurant's Instagram page highlight starters like warm focaccia with dips, and main courses such as lobster ravioli and baked ziti in vodka sauce. Beverage options include an Aperol Spritz, and desserts feature tiramisu affogato and pistachio Basque cheesecake.
Pineapple Hospitality also operates Craft Street Kitchen and Zim Zari, both in Trinity. The company is known for scratch-made food and a welcoming atmosphere, standards Roma Social is expected to uphold.
