Frankie's Pizza Parlor Opens Full Restaurant on St. Pete Beach

Seminole residents and beachgoers have a new dining option as Frankie's Pizza Parlor opened its full-service restaurant Friday, August 28, at 6340 Gulf Blvd. in St. Pete Beach. The new establishment is located next to The Luce hotel.

The expansion follows the success of Frankie's walk-up pizza window, which has served customers since the July 4th weekend. The full restaurant aims to capture the feel of a neighborhood sports bar, featuring 18 televisions and classic checkered tablecloths.

The menu highlights New York-style pizza and fresh, house-made pasta. The bar offers twelve draft taps, including a custom West Coast IPA brewed in collaboration with 3 Daughters Brewing.

Diners can try dishes like the Limone Dip, a pizza sandwich filled with crispy chicken, citrus ricotta, caramelized onions, capers, and lemon butter. The Chicken Parmesan, prepared tableside with molten mozzarella and parmesan cheese poured over the top, is designed to serve two.

For dessert, Dunkerz offers warm mini cookies with sprinkle frosting. Creative cocktails include the Jules Freeze, a frozen blend of orange and vanilla, and the Kickflip Negroni. The drink menu also features the Roaming Fees Margarita, the Late Fee frozen espresso martini, and an amaro-style old fashioned.

The restaurant embraces a 1990s theme in its decor and offerings. Happy hour runs Thursday through Sunday from 3 to 6 p.m. Frankie's Pizza Parlor is open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
