TEXT AMENDMENT: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE, ORDINANCE 2003-067, AS AMENDED; ARTICLE 1, GENERAL PROVISIONS, SECTION 1.7, RULES, INTERPRETATIONS, AND DEFINITIONS; AMENDING DEFINITIONS FOR COMMERCIAL RECREATION, COMMERCIAL ENTERTAINMENT, AND RECREATION, OUTDOOR, COMMERCIAL; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF LAWS IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION IN THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
