Cibolo Community Center Opens Phase I Renovations
The City of Cibolo opened its renovated Community Center at 203 S. Main Street on Monday, Oct. 27, after completing Phase I renovations and relocating the Cibolo Senior Program to the site.
City officials, staff, and representatives of the Jackson family attended the soft opening. The city purchased the former Noble Group Event Center from the Jackson family in 2024 and dedicated the building to honor their contributions to Cibolo.
"The Cibolo Community Center will serve as a place for connection," City Manager Wayne Reed said. "The completion of Phase I reflects our commitment to creating spaces that support our residents and bring the community together."
The city chose the property for its central location and size, which officials said will expand access to community services. Phase II will add staff offices and interior improvements. The city has not announced a timeline for Phase II.
