Seguin Storage owner Timothy Oglesby utilized a U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development (RD) Rural Utilities Service (RUS) Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) to help with the photovoltaic array (solar panels) to reduce the cost of operating his storage facility in Seguin, Texas, on March 24, 2020. This is the first phase of the complex that will have additional storage buildings with plans to install arrays on each. Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) was used FY 2017 f

Corps checks water delivery truck at Corps-FEMA staging area in Seguin, TX (2868093094)
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Federal Emergency Management Agency establish a staging area at the Seguin Auxiliary Field, Randolph Air Force Base, Tx. The staging area immediately began receiving truck loads of water, heater meals and ice. The commodities will be forwarded to FEMA Point of Distribution (POD) centers for disaster victims along the Texas coastline. (US Army Corps of Engineers photo by Brooks O. Hubbard IV)
