Sarasota Intuitive Painting Workshop Connects Residents with Spirit Guides

Sarasota residents can explore their creativity and connect with their spiritual side at an upcoming intuitive painting workshop. Led by Chenylle, the "Meet & Paint Your Spirit Guide" experience will guide participants to quiet their analytical minds and tap into intuition through art.

The workshop welcomes attendees to allow colors, symbols, and images to emerge naturally, without the pressure of achieving a perfect depiction. No prior artistic experience or a predefined image of a spirit guide is necessary. Participants will engage in guided relaxation and a receiving meditation to enhance their receptiveness to subtle impressions.

During the session, individuals will be encouraged to notice whatever arises – a color, feeling, word, symbol, animal, face, landscape, or a sense of presence. These impressions will form the basis of their artwork, emphasizing intuitive painting over artistic rules.

The goal is to create a personal piece inspired by spirit-guide energy or inner wisdom. The process includes pausing to "listen" to the developing artwork and discover unexpected symbols, patterns, or meanings.
