Capital Wealth Advisors, a Naples-based financial advisory firm, has acquired Neptune Advisory LLC, also known as Neptune Wealth. The acquisition expands Capital Wealth Advisors' presence in Florida and Wisconsin, adding two financial advisers and enhancing the firm's tax planning capabilities.

Neptune Wealth's integrated approach to tax and financial planning will now offer specialized in-house support for executive compensation and family office-style coordination to Capital Wealth Advisors' clients, who span from Sarasota to Marco Island.

William Beynon, CEO and president of Capital Wealth Advisors, said families increasingly seek consolidated services. "This combination puts more of that under one roof," Beynon stated, noting the addition of advisers in Tampa and Wisconsin.

Mark Strey, formerly president of Neptune, joins Capital Wealth Advisors as senior vice president of tax and financial planning. Jason Kaplan, a financial adviser from Neptune, will serve as an adviser of financial planning, working with clients in the Tampa market.

Founded in 2004, Capital Wealth Advisors serves high-net-worth families and entrepreneurs. As of March 1, the firm managed approximately $4.5 billion in assets and employed more than 75 individuals. It has offices in Naples, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina.
