2026 General Election November 3, 2026 VOTER REGISTRATION DEADLINE: October 5, 2026 Voter Registration Statistic IMPORTANT DATES (See below for more details) Election Day - Tuesday, November 3rd, 2026 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Deadline to register to vote, update information, or change party affiliation - Monday, October 5, 2026 Deadline to request that a Vote-by-Mail ballot be mailed to you - Thursday, October 22nd, 2026, at 5:00 pm Early Voting - Monday, October 19th, through Saturday, October 31st, from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm Deadline to return your Vote-by-Mail ballot - Tuesday, November 3rd, 2026, at 7:00 pm to our Election Headquarters or Operations Center. Polk County residents who are not registered to vote but would like to participate in the November 3rd General Election, have until October 5th to submit their completed voter registration form to the Elections Headquarters in Bartow or at our Operations Center in Winter Haven. Voters have until Thursday, October 22, 2026, to request a mail ballot for this election. All voted mail ballots must be received by the Supervisor of Elections by 7 p.m. on Election Day. Return postage is paid for mail ballots.
