Northrop Road paving work to begin Tuesday, September 15 • Santa Rosa County, FL Skip to Main Content Search Home News Flash Northrop Road paving work to begin Tuesday, September 15 News Flash Northrop Road paving work to begin Tuesday, September 15 News Releases Posted on September 14, 2026 Beginning Tuesday, September 15, crews will start paving work on Northrop Road between Starlite Lane and Willard Norris Road. Work will take place between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., and the project is expected to be complete by the end of the day Friday, September 18, weather permitting. During paving operations, Northrop Road will be reduced to a single lane. Motorists should expect delays, use caution while traveling through the work zone, and follow the directions of flaggers and posted traffic control devices.
