Residents of North Mankato can now manage their utility accounts with greater ease thanks to the city's newly launched eBill and online payment system. The updated platform, which became available on March 27, 2026, offers a more user-friendly experience for viewing bills, making payments, and tracking account activity from anywhere.
What Residents Need to Know
The new system allows residents to view and manage their utility bills online, make secure payments at any time, and sign up for eBills to receive notifications. For added convenience, a pay-by-text option is also available. Importantly, utility account numbers will remain the same.
For those currently enrolled in Auto Pay, changes depend on their payment method. Credit or debit card users will need to re-register their card information in the new system. Users paying via checking account will not need to take any action, as their payments will continue as scheduled.
Multiple Payment Options Remain
The City of North Mankato continues to provide several ways to pay utility bills. A dropbox is available next to the USPS mailbox in the library parking lot. Payments can also be made in person at City Hall, located at 1001 Belgrade Avenue, or by phone at 1-844-944-0308.
Get Started Today
Residents are encouraged to create an account on the new system to explore its features and convenience. For more information and to sign up, individuals can visit the city's website. General questions can be directed to City Hall at 507-625-4141.
