October 26 Neighborhood Meeting - 231 Hernandez Avenue • City of Ormond Beach News Flash October 26 Neighborhood Meeting - 231 Hernandez Avenue Planning News and Notices Posted on October 05, 2026 Parker Mynchenberg and Associates, Inc., representing the property owner, BET LEGACY LLC, is conducting a neighborhood meeting on Monday, October 26, 2026, starting at 5:30 p.m. at the Anderson-Price Memorial Building located at 42 North Beach Street, Ormond Beach, Florida 32174, to discuss its application for site improvements including a new parking lot, signage, and stormwater management facilities. As part of the redevelopment project, the applicant is required to perform Future Land Use Map and Official Zoning Map amendments affecting approximately 10,000 square feet of the approximately 32,500-square-foot parcel. In addition, the redevelopment plan includes a request for a Special Exception to allow a waiver of the required masonry wall and permit the installation of a PVC vinyl fence along the north and east property lines.
