CITY OF STUART NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Commission of the City of Stuart, Florida, will hold Public Hearings in the City Hall Commission Chambers, 121 SW Flagler Avenue, Stuart, Florida, on September 25, 2023, commencing at 5:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the same may be heard, to consider the following: ORDINANCE NO. 2472-2023 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF STUART, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY’S LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, ARTICLE 3, SECTION 3.02.03 ENTITLED, “PERMITTED AND CONDITIONAL USES,” RELATING TO THE ADDITION OF MICRO-BREWERIES AND MICRO-DISTILLERIES AS PERMITTED USES WITHIN THE CITY’S M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
