This an example of a Cottage commonly constructed in the south around the turn of the 20th Century, located on Peachtree Street. Roxboro was historically a thriving town, and is home to many fine houses from the late 19th Century and early 20th Century, some of which are shown here. Houses ranging from Greek Revival to vernacular Victorian to early Colonial Revival to Craftsman can be found in the town, which is architecturally rich and charming, a legacy of the textile mills that once existed.
