Sand and debris water-filters in Roosevelt, Utah (7071893711)
Five newly constructed tanks, shown January, 2012, will be used to filter sand and debris out of water for use by a rural community in Roosevelt, Utah. The water filtration project was part of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District’s Section 595 program, which has assisted over 30 rural communities with critical water and wastewater infrastructure improvements since 2005.
