At 200 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 miles northeast of Bitter Creek Rest Area, which is 20 miles west of Wamsutter, moving north at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of east central Sweetwater County, including the following locations... Tipton.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 143 and 165.
