Big Bend Animal Hospital in Riverview Launches PetDesk App for Enhanced Client Communication

Riverview pet owners can now manage their animal's care more easily, as Big Bend Animal Hospital introduced the PetDesk app. This new digital tool aims to streamline communication between the hospital and its clients, offering several convenient features directly from a smartphone.

The PetDesk app allows clients to message Big Bend Animal Hospital directly with questions or concerns. Pet owners can also use the application to request appointments, simplifying the scheduling process for routine check-ups or urgent visits.

Beyond direct communication, the app provides practical reminders for pet care. Users will receive notifications for upcoming appointments and medication schedules, helping them stay on track with their pet's health regimen. The app also enables pet owners to track their animal's complete care history, keeping all vital health information in one accessible place.

Big Bend Animal Hospital also made sure to include options for clients without smartphones. Individuals can access their pet's records online by creating an account, ensuring all pet owners have the ability to manage their animal's health information digitally.

This new system offers Riverview residents a modern way to interact with their veterinary provider, making pet care management more efficient for busy schedules. Pet owners interested in utilizing these new features can download the PetDesk app or visit Big Bend Animal Hospital's website to set up an online account.
