* WHEN...Until 9 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Severely limited visibilities are expected. Travel will be dangerous and possibly life-threatening. Poor air quality may cause issues for people with respiratory problems.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...At 7 PM CT 1/8 mile visibility was reported in northeastern Cheyenne county
