Randolph County Revenue Commissioner's Office Launches New Online Resource
Welcome to the Randolph County Revenue Commissioner's Office. Our goal is to provide the citizens of Randolph County with the most efficient and convenient service possible. This site was developed to provide answers to common questions, offer online services, and serve as a resource for information relating to property taxes, business licenses, and motor vehicles in Randolph County. The Revenue Commissioner is responsible for the discovery, listing, and assessment of all property in the county for ad valorem tax purposes. The Revenue Commissioner is also responsible for the collection of all ad valorem taxes. This includes real property (land, improvements, buildings), personal property (business furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and motor vehicles. This office also issues business licenses and collects privilege license taxes. All deeds and other documents that pertain to property are filed in the Mapping Department. Randolph County Residents Reminded of Property Tax Deadlines
Property Tax Information The Revenue Commissioner is responsible for the appraisal, assessment, and collection of property taxes. All taxable property, real and personal, is appraised and assessed by the Revenue Commissioner. Your property taxes are paid in arrears. For example, taxes for the year 2023 become due October 1, 2023, and delinquent after December 31, 2023.
