Residents in McKean, Potter, Elk, and Cameron Counties should prepare for sub-freezing temperatures from late Monday night through Tuesday morning. The National Weather Service (NWS) State College PA has issued a Freeze Watch, effective immediately until October 6 at 9:00 AM EDT.
