Miramar Beach Residents Encouraged to Participate in Annual Spring Clean-Up Day
Miramar Beach residents are invited to roll up their sleeves and participate in the annual Spring Clean-Up Day, scheduled for Saturday, April 20, 2026. This community-wide event aims to beautify local parks, public spaces, and beach access points, ensuring Miramar Beach remains pristine for both residents and visitors.
Volunteers are asked to gather at the Miramar Beach Community Center on Scenic Gulf Drive at 8:00 AM. Supplies such as gloves, trash bags, and safety vests will be provided. The clean-up effort will focus on areas including the scenic Henderson Beach State Park, the public beach access points along picturesque Old Highway 98, and the walking trails near the vibrant Grand Boulevard Town Center.
Last year's event saw over 75 dedicated volunteers collect nearly two tons of litter and debris. Organizers are hoping for an even larger turnout this year to tackle additional areas. Families and community groups are especially encouraged to participate. For more information or to pre-register, residents can contact the Miramar Beach Parks and Recreation Department at 850-555-1234.
