**Special Weather Statement issued September 18 at 7:04PM MDT by NWS Cheyenne WY**

At 704 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Grayrocks Reservoir to 10 miles west of Veteran to 9 miles east of Chugwater. Movement was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include... Torrington, Guernsey, Lingle, Lyman, Fort Laramie, Yoder, Henry, Huntley, Hawk Springs Reservoir, Register Cliff State Historic Site, Southern Hills Estates, Torrington Municipal Airport, Hawk Springs State Recreation Area, Hawk Springs, Pine Ridge Estates, Oregon Trail Ruts State Historic Site, Fort Laramie National Historic Site, Grayrocks Reservoir, Veteran, and Wycross.
