The Rider Residences, a 12-story residential building located at 150 NW 24th Street in the Wynwood Arts District, officially topped off construction. This milestone marks a significant step for the project, which will bring 144 new rental apartments to the neighborhood.

The new tower will offer a mix of studios and two-bedroom units, addressing the growing demand for housing in Wynwood. Residents will have access to a range of amenities, including a rooftop pool, a fitness center, and a co-working lounge. The building also features a resident lobby with a cafe, designed to foster community among its inhabitants.

Beyond its residential offerings, The Rider Residences will contribute to Wynwood's vibrant streetscape with 4,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. This addition aims to enhance the pedestrian experience and provide new commercial opportunities within the arts district.

The project is a collaboration between The Related Group and Tricera Capital. Cube3 served as the architect for the development. Construction progressed steadily, leading to yesterday's topping-off announcement. The developers anticipate completion and resident move-ins for early 2025.
