Palm Coast Library to Host Free Career Coaching Sessions

Palm Coast residents looking to advance their careers or explore new professional paths will have a valuable resource available to them this month. The Palm Coast Branch Library, conveniently located at 2500 Palm Coast Parkway NW, is set to host a series of free career coaching sessions designed to assist job seekers and those aiming for professional growth.

Starting next week, on Wednesday, April 16, 2026, and continuing every Wednesday through May, certified career coaches will be on hand to provide personalized guidance. These one-on-one sessions will cover a range of topics, including resume building, interview preparation, job search strategies, and skill development. The initiative aims to equip local residents with the tools and confidence needed to navigate today's competitive job market.

Library Director Sarah Jenkins emphasized the importance of this new program. "We understand that finding the right job or making a career change can be challenging," Jenkins stated. "Our goal with these coaching sessions is to provide direct, practical support to our community members, helping them achieve their professional aspirations right here in Palm Coast."

The sessions are open to all adults and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. While walk-ins are welcome, residents are encouraged to call the library at 386-446-6763 to inquire about availability or to schedule an appointment, ensuring they receive dedicated time with a coach. The library staff anticipates high demand for this service, especially given the current economic climate.

This program is part of the library's ongoing commitment to community enrichment and lifelong learning, providing resources beyond traditional book lending. It offers a tangible benefit to individuals seeking to enhance their employment prospects and contribute to the local workforce in Flagler County.
