Palm Beach County Library System Announces New Digital Literacy Workshops
The Palm Beach County Library System is rolling out a series of free digital literacy workshops starting next week, aimed at helping residents navigate the ever-evolving digital landscape. These workshops, designed for all skill levels, will cover topics from basic computer skills and internet safety to using online government services and social media responsibly.
The first session, focusing on 'Introduction to Computers and the Internet,' is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Main Library on Summit Boulevard in West Palm Beach. Subsequent workshops will be held at various branch locations across the county, including the Acreage Branch in the spacious western area and the Delray Beach Public Library in historic downtown Delray Beach, throughout April and May.
Library officials stated that the initiative is a direct response to community feedback highlighting a need for accessible technology education. Residents interested in attending can find a full schedule and register for workshops on the Palm Beach County Library System's official website or by visiting their local branch.
