Palm Beach County Celebrates 5 Years of Rhonda's Promise Empowering Women and Girls

Palm Beach County Commissioners officially recognized the Fifth Anniversary of Rhonda's Promise, Inc., an organization dedicated to uplifting and empowering women and girls in southern Palm Beach County.
