First Baptist Church of Brandon is hiring for multiple roles across its ministries, including the church, First Baptist Brandon Christian Academy and The MAC gym. The church seeks individuals to join its servant-leadership team.

Within the church, First Baptist Brandon needs a part-time Preschool Director to lead children from birth through kindergarten. This director will oversee the preschool ministry, focusing on organization, volunteer leadership and family engagement. A Pastoral Fellowship is available for men discerning a call to ministry, offering training and practical experience under the guidance of local pastors. Young adults can also apply for an internship to gain ministry experience and assist staff. The church is also hiring Childcare Team Members to care for children up to fifth grade.

The MAC gym seeks certified Group Fitness Instructors to lead safe, fun and motivating classes. Instructors will integrate physical and spiritual fitness and promote a Christ-honoring atmosphere.

First Baptist Brandon Christian Academy is hiring an Elementary School Teacher. The ideal candidate will create a Christ-centered learning environment that emphasizes academic excellence and spiritual development. The academy is located at 216 N. Parsons Ave., Brandon, FL 33510.
