Awana Clubs at First Baptist Brandon: Scripture & Fun for Kids

First Baptist Brandon invites children ages 3 to fifth grade to its Awana Clubs program, offering a space to engage with Bible stories, learn scripture, and enjoy games and children's choir.

The Awana year runs through the school year, with meetings every Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. The program began Wednesday, Aug. 12, and will conclude May 19, 2027, with an Annual Awana Awards Ceremony.

Clubbers, grouped by age, receive guidance from trained adults who have passed background checks. Each weekly meeting features children's choir rehearsals from 6 to 6:45 p.m., large group sessions, game time, and handbook time.

Bible Story time presents a biblical message, and the program includes special theme nights throughout the year. Registration fees cover a handbook, vest, emblems, and year-end awards. Payments are processed online. First Baptist Brandon offers financial assistance.

Awana Clubs will not meet Nov. 25, Dec. 23 and Dec. 30. Nursery care is available free for babies of volunteers or parents attending Wednesday evening Life Discipleship Classes.
