Family Discipleship: Solomon Asks for Wisdom
Middleburg residents interested in faith-based family guidance are invited to a special series focusing on biblical wisdom, beginning this Sunday, April 13, 2026, at the Middleburg Community Church on Main Street in the heart of historic downtown Middleburg. The series, titled "Family Discipleship: Solomon Asks for Wisdom," aims to provide practical insights for parents and guardians on nurturing spiritual growth within their households.
Pastor Thomas Miller announced the new initiative, stating, "We believe that strong families are the cornerstone of a strong community. This series will explore the timeless lessons from the life of King Solomon, particularly his request for wisdom, and how those principles can be applied to modern family dynamics right here in Middleburg."
The sessions will take place every Sunday evening at 6:00 PM in the church's fellowship hall, located at 123 Main Street, directly across from the historic Middleburg Town Hall. Each gathering will include a brief teaching, group discussion, and opportunities for fellowship. Childcare will be provided for younger children in the church nursery. All Middleburg families are encouraged to attend, regardless of their current church affiliation.
