Clay County Parks and Recreation Announces Summer Program Registration

Staff Writer
April 9, 2026

Clay County Parks and Recreation has announced that registration for its popular summer programs will open next week. Residents looking to enroll children in summer camps, sports leagues, and various workshops should mark their calendars for April 15, 2026, when online registration officially begins.

Programs cater to a wide range of ages and interests, from youth baseball and soccer leagues held at Clay County Community Park on Main Street in historic Green Cove Springs to arts and crafts camps at the Clay County Arts Center on Elm Avenue. The summer schedule also includes swimming lessons at the Clay County Aquatic Center and nature exploration programs at the Black Creek Preserve.

Officials encourage early registration as many programs fill up quickly. Detailed program descriptions, schedules, and fee information are available on the Clay County Parks and Recreation website. For those without internet access or needing assistance, in-person registration support will be available at the Parks and Recreation office located at 123 Recreation Drive in Green Cove Springs during regular business hours starting April 15th.
