City Hall Welcomes New Front Desk Receptionist

Boynton Beach City Hall has a new friendly face greeting residents and visitors. Ms. Eleanor Vance officially started her role as the new Front Desk Receptionist on Monday, April 6, 2026. She will be the first point of contact for many entering the building at 100 E. Boynton Beach Blvd., in the heart of the city's vibrant downtown.

Ms. Vance brings several years of customer service experience to the position, having previously worked at a local medical office in nearby Delray Beach. Her responsibilities will include directing inquiries, assisting with general information, and ensuring a smooth experience for those visiting city departments.

City Manager Lori LaVerriere expressed enthusiasm for Ms. Vance joining the team, noting the importance of a welcoming and efficient front desk for community engagement in this coastal Palm Beach County gem. Residents can expect to see Ms. Vance at the main entrance during regular City Hall operating hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
