Mono County Assistant Administrator Christine Bouchard Named 2026 Woman of Distinction

Bridgeport, Calif. – Christine Bouchard, Mono County's Assistant County Administrative Officer, was officially presented with the 2026 Mono County Women of Distinction Honor yesterday, April 22, 2026, at the Mono County Board of Supervisors meeting.

A representative from the office of Senator Marie Alvarado-Gil (R–Jackson) presented the prestigious award to Bouchard. She was recognized for her significant contributions and exceptional leadership within County administration.

The honor also acknowledged Bouchard's dedicated and unwavering advocacy for veterans, military families, and the broader Mono County community in the Eastern Sierra. Her work in these areas has been a cornerstone of her service to the county.
