Dense Fog Advisory Issued for Washington Coast, Drive with Caution

A Dense Fog Advisory has been issued for the Northern Washington Coast and Grays Harbor County Coast until 1:00 PM PDT today, requiring drivers to slow down and use headlights due to low visibility.

Drivers on the Northern Washington Coast and Grays Harbor County Coast should exercise extreme caution this morning due to a Dense Fog Advisory. The National Weather Service in Seattle has issued this advisory, effective immediately, until 1:00 PM PDT today, October 8th.

Visibility in the affected areas is reported to be one-quarter mile or less. These low visibility conditions will make driving hazardous.

The National Weather Service advises all motorists to slow down, use their headlights, and leave plenty of distance between their vehicle and others. This advisory impacts Grays Harbor County Coast and the Northern Washington Coast.
