The Angel Fund offers several donation methods. Residents can add monthly contributions to their water bills or make one-time donations. Checks payable to Pinellas Park Angel Fund, Inc. should be mailed to P.O. Box 1337, Pinellas Park, FL 33780-1337.

A new online portal allows credit card donations. Access the portal through the city's utility billing services website. A 3.5% transaction fee applies to credit card donations. Residents can avoid this fee by paying with cash or check, which can be dropped off at City Hall, 49th Street N.
