The MA Department of Revenue requires all municipalities in the state to visit every property in the community at least once every 10 years. In order to meet this deadline is 2026, the Assessing Department needs to visit approximately 4,400 parcels from the summer of 2024 until the fall of 2025. To help with this effort, the town has hired ________. They will be visit almost 50% of properties. If a data collector visits your house, you are NOT required to let them in.
