The City of Stanfield is looking for a qualified professional to lead its Public Works Department. This key role will oversee the planning, organization, and direction of essential city services, including streets, water, sewer, and parks.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with five years of progressively responsible experience in public works management. While not mandatory, registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Oregon is preferred. Applicants must also possess a valid Oregon driver’s license.

The salary range for the Public Works Director is set between $7,500 and $9,500 per month, with the final compensation dependent on the selected candidate's experience and qualifications.
