PRAS provides timely and automated email alerts to property owners when new documents are recorded under monitored names. Each alert includes a direct link to view or download the recorded documents, making it easier than ever to stay informed about activity related to your property. Other recorded and filed documents include: Military Discharges, Mining Records, Oaths of Office, Powers of Attorney, and Taxing District Budgets.
