Pasco Sheriff Clarifies ADA Accommodation Process for Residents

The Pasco Sheriff's Office reminds residents of its commitment to complying with federal, state, and local laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), to ensure accessibility across all county communities.

The agency encourages individuals to submit requests for reasonable accommodations related to its programs, services, facilities, or employment. This includes accommodations under the ADA as amended, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Florida Civil Rights Act.

Requests can be made by visiting the Sheriff's Administration Office at 8661 Citizens Drive, New Port Richey, FL 34654. Office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with appointments available Tuesdays and Thursdays. Alternatively, residents can call (727) 844-7791, fax (727) 844-7728, or use TDD services by dialing 711 and providing the TTY operator with (727) 844-7791.
